Do you remember Mohammed Sooknanan’s case? This is another clear case of the system abusing its power; Mohammed is clearly eligible for discretion. He is married to a United States citizen who has filed a petition for him; he’s never been charged with anything other than driving without a license.

i can’t find any more recent info about him, so i assume he is still detained. please sign the petition and make the calls if and when possible (Morton’s office is open from 9am to about 4:45pm eastern time).
