{ what do you do when the only way to blow off steam is being hateful? }

what if the only release i have that lasts any length of time involves being abusive, resentful, accusing?  trying to convince myself that nothing is ever my fault?  generally being an entitled, emotionally violent piece of garbage?  and then it always either turns into self-hate or gets even more abusive?  because this seems to be my current state.

what should i try?  writing does not work because of my insecurities.  pretty much same with singing.  i am willing to consider pretty much anything within my means/abilities.

It’s dedicated to making fun of Black people. Volviomarilia was tryna reclaim the tag and they took a picture of her grandma to put up on their hate-blog.  She has missing-e so tumblr ain’t even trying to help her out.

Please help. This is really disgusting and it breaks my heart to the point I wanna fucking quit tumblr.  Seriously. You do NOT do that to pictures of someone’s family.
