DREAM Act youth Roberto been detained, away from his girlfriend and their one month old baby, since June 16th, 2012. He was driving to his church to sing in the choir when he was pulled over for no reason by the police and arrested for driving without a license. President Obama’s new memo announcement states that DREAM Act youth like Roberto should not be deported, yet he is being detained at the Broward Transitional Center in Florida.
