Another Low-Priority Deportation: Family torn apart by father’s 9 month detention!

Maximino has been detained at Broward Transitional Center since December 2011, despite being a low priority case. Maximino is sick and needs an eye operation and medication for his severe knee pain, which he’s not receiving while in detention.

Maximino has 5 U.S. citizen children who rely on him for emotional and financial support.

Maximino needs an eye operation and medication for his severe knee pain. He needs to be released immediately so he can get treatment.”
